SoHo Loft Featured on NBC

We’re honored to be featured on NBC’s Open House NYC in the episode “Inside 5 Breathtaking Homes That Redefine Luxury.” The segment highlights our Soho Loft renovation, where Shapeless Studio founders Andrea Fisk and Jess Hinshaw reimagined an 1886 cast-iron district loft into a warm, light-filled home. The design blends the building’s industrial character (exposed brick, beams, and painted wood floors) with soft, textural layers and custom white oak millwork. This project reflects our approach to thoughtful, timeless design, where every material and detail contributes to a sense of calm and cohesion.
