Our services include comprehensive design and detailing, permitting, selection of finishes and fittings, and robust construction phase support. With substantial expertise working on period houses, we’re well versed in marrying the old and with the new.
PASSIVE HOUSE & ENERGY MODELING
We are certified in the Passive House method of building, and are members of New York Passive House. Whether the goal is to achieve full certification or simply retrofit where possible, we are committed to incorporating energy efficient principles into each of our projects.
RESIDENTIAL INTERIORS & DECOR
Selection of furniture, rugs, window treatments, decorative objects, linens and accessories. Our turnkey interiors service can include procurement and delivery, assembly and installation of every item. A final styling session will ensure that every detail is accounted for.
COMMERCIAL INTERIORS
Comprehensive design for commercial projects including retail, office and hospitality spaces. Our services include space planning and design for both major and “light touch” renovations, selection and procurement of “FF&E”, contractor selection, and robust construction & installation phase support.
BESPOKE FURNISHINGS
Design of custom furnishings, both case goods and upholstered pieces, including concept sketches, material selection, and coordinating with builders for fabrication and delivery.

Selection and curation of artworks and other unique objects. We can work with you to start your first collection, or expand an existing one.
